That's a pretty cool list. I've seen them all, except I never saw envy because I was told there was too much garbage in it! What do you think?

There was some garbage in it, like some bad words and other stuff. I think there was one f-word. I'm easily offended by most movies that are PG-13, but this one didn't offend me as much. I think that's because I'm married, because a few of the things the movie dealt with were issues married people would be more comfortable discussing. And the couples in the movie were married as well. Also, I like to look at what a movie teaches.

The reason I liked the movie Envy is because I thought it did a good job of showing how envy and lies can really spiral out of control and that it's better to be honest in the first place, even when it's hard.

In this movie a guy is jealous of his friend. He ends up making some wrong choices because of it. He decides to go to a bar and drink, even though he's never done that before. Because he drinks he ends up doing something really stupid. He spends a big part of the movie trying to cover up a string of mistakes and lies. It makes for a really funny movie, but the movie also teaches a moral: things would have been much easier if the guy had just been honest in the first place. It shows how drinking, lying and greed can cause lots of problems.

Take another movie that has the same amount of bad words, drinking, lying, greed and other things in it, but this movie tries to make those things look cool. Or it shows couples doing married stuff when they're not married. It doesn't tell the truth about sin, it just shows everything turning out fine in the end, happily ever after. That would be a movie that would offend me.

I'm not saying Envy is all good, but it was good enough for me to like it overall. Since it's a recent movie, I don't know if it will stand the test of time on my list of favorite movies like some of the older ones on there have.

Envy is PG-13, which means you should have parental guidance to see this movie if you're younger than 13. If I could control the ratings, I would say this movie is more appropriate for people who are married. PG-UNMARRIED

Thanks for your comment, Lyn!
